In a large wok or sauté pan, over medium-high heat, sauté the onion in vegetable oil. When translucent, add garlic and green vegetables
Add half of the soy sauce. Once nicely coloured, add the rice, the other half pf the soy sauce, sesame oil, 4 spices and Teriyaki Bites
Mix and let the rice fry before mixing again
Mix in the iceberg lettuce and allow to wilt
Serve in a bowl with green onions, toasted sesame seeds and lime juice
