With a homemade vegan burger sauce! Similar to a big mac sauce, but make it vegan (and better)!

Ingredients

ASSEMBLY
 Gourmet Sweet Potato + Black Bean Burgers
 Burger buns
 Red onion, sliced
 Tomato, sliced
 Lettuce (leaves)
 Sweet ‘Bread & Butter’ pickles (or regular)
 Vegan cheese slices
 Homemade vegan burger sauce
HOME MADE VEGAN BURGER SAUCE
 ½ cup Vegan mayo
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ¼ tsp Onion powder
 ¼ tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
 2 tsp Dijon mustard
 2.50 tbsp Ketchup
 1 tbsp Pickle juice (from pickle jar)

Preparation

Place all of the Homemade Vegan Burger Sauce ingredients into a mason jar and mix
together until fully combined, and set aside.

Follow any of the cooking instructions on
the VG Gourmet Sweet Potato + Black Bean Burger packaging.

While the burgers are
cooking, prep the other burger toppings. Once burgers are cooked, dress the burgers
with all of the recommended toppings and enjoy!
