1Box VG Gourmet Buffalo Bites
4Quesadilla wraps
12Slices Vegan Cheese of your choice
0.50cupSpinach
EASY HOME MADE RANCH DIP
4tbspVegan Mayo
1tspFresh dill
1Clove fresh garlic, minced
1tspFresh parsley
1tspLemon juice
Pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Cook the Buffalo bites according to the instructions on the back of the box.

Place the cheese slices and shreds on the tortilla, top one half with the spinach and buffalo bites.

Fold the quesadilla in half and place in a panini grill for 3-4 minutes, or in a pan for 2-3 minutes per side (with a bit of oil) until browned.
