BEETBALLS HUMMUS BOWL

Ingredients

For the hummus
 chickpeas
 4 garlic cloves
 4 raw beets
 tahini sauce
 balsamic vinegar
 salt
 oil
For the bowl
 1 box of VG Gourmet Beetballs
 mint
 pistachios

Preparation

Place the beets in your oven for about 1 hour until soft

When the beets are ready, cut them and put them in the blender with the other ingredients until everything is blended

3

Heat the Beetballs according to the instructions on the box

4

Spread the hummus on a plate as a base, add our Beetballs and decorate with some mint and pistachios
