Black beans*, red beans*, fresh onions*, diced tomatoes*, fresh carrots*, tomato paste*, textured soy protein*, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, fresh garlic, fresh jalapeno, cumin, coriander seeds, sunflower oil*, raw cane sugar*, smoked paprika, cinnamon, black pepper.
Place contents of defrosted chili in a small pot over medium heat, cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until hot. To heat up in the microwave, pour the contents of the defrosted chili into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
