Stove: Pour thawed tofu into a skillet over medium heat with a little oil and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
Oven: Pour thawed tofu onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread out evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Microwave: Reheat in a microwave safe container for 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
**To thaw, immerse container in hot water for 10 minutes or place in the fridge for 4 hours before using.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated for up to five days. Makes two to three servings.
