Water, organic chopped tomatoes, organic fresh onions, organic white navy beans, organic fresh cabbage, organic fresh rutabaga, organic fresh carrots, organic tomato paste, organic quinoa, fresh parsley, fresh garlic, organic sunflower oil, shiitake mushrooms, sea salt, oregano, black pepper.
Once defrosted, place contents in a small pot over medium heat. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until boiling. Or place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until hot.
