This Black Bean soup is one darn good vegetarian soup that’s humble yet dazzling. Layered with delicious flavours, warming, veggie-rich and ready to eat.
Organic black beans, organic fresh onions, organic tomato paste, sea salt, fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar, fresh jalapeño pepper, cumin seeds, organic sunflower oil, smoked paprika, black pepper.
Reheat in a microwave in a suitable container for 3 to 4 minutes or on the stovetop for 5 to 7 minutes until hot.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated for up to five days. Makes two to three servings.
