TOPPINGS
 1 VG Gourmet Eggplant & Tahini Burgers
 1 Tomato, sliced
 Cucumber, sliced
 Red onion, sliced
 Romaine lettuce
ZA'ATAR HUMMUS
 1 tbsp Purchased or pre-made Za'taar
 1 cup Store-bought hummus
 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 ¼ cup Tahini
 1 tbsp Dried thyme
OPTIONAL: HOME MADE ZA'ATAR
 1 tbsp Ground cumin
 1 tbsp Ground coriander
 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
 1 tbsp Ground sumac
 ½ tsp Sea Salt

Mix all the hummus and za'atar ingredients together and place in a tightly sealed glass container.

Once the za'atar hummus is prepared follow the instructions for cooking the VG
Eggplant/Tahini Burgers. While the burgers cook, prep any other toppings. Once the
burgers are ready, top and dress your burger, enjoy!
