Thai Coconut Tofu Bowl with Sweet Potato “Noodles”

VG Gourmet's Thai Coconut Tofu is used to make a healthy and simple dish with spiralized Sweet Potatoes! The sauce in the bag is so crazy good and it flavours the whole dish!


  • 1 x Package VG Gourmet Thai Coconut Tofu Creations
  • 1 x Head Broccoli, cut in florets
  • 1 x Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 x Large Sweet Potato


  1. Defrost package of Thai Coconut Tofu Creations as directed
  2. Carefully remove tofu cubes from package and place in a pan over medium heat, saving sauce for later!
  3. Sauté 3 minutes and add the broccoli and bean sprouts and stir-fry 2 minutes more.
  4. To spiralize your sweet potato, trim the ends and place in spiralizer. If you do not have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to make long strips.
  5. Add the sweet potato to your vegetable mixture in the pan and stir.
  6. Finally, add all the remaining sauce from the package over the veggies in the pan. Give it a mix, let heat for about 1 minute more, and enjoy!
