This is an incredible sheet pan dinner that is so easy to prepare because the sauce in the bag of VG gourmet Tofu Creations seasons the entire dish! Serve it as a quick weeknight dinner or even to impress company!

- 1 x Package VG Gourmet Greek Gyro Tofu Creations
- 1 x Potatoes, sliced
- 1 x Red Onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 x Lemon, washed and sliced
- 1 x Handful Kalamata Olives
Directions
- Defrost package of Tofu Creations as directed and place the contents in a large bowl. Add all remaing ingredients in bowl with the tofu. Mix well, ensuring that the sauce from the VG Gourmet Greek Tofu package coats all your veggies.
- Pour the contents of the bowl on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 40 minutes, tossing once halfway through cooking.
