1 x 1 Vegan Crepe (Store bought or homemade)
4 x Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Lettuce of choice
2 x Tbsp. Tahini Sauce (Mix together, 1 Tbsp. Tahini
1 Tbsp. Water
Juice of ½ Lemon
Directions
Heat the VG Gourmet Quinoa Chickpea Burger as directed.
To assemble: Place cooked VG Quinoa Chickpea burger in the crepe, with the cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Fold to close.
Drizzle with the Tahini sauce and enjoy!
