Day 9 of our 12 days of appetizers has us serving up our⭐NEW⭐ Mini Kebabs in Mini Kebab Sliders! 🥙 They’re better than your favourite Lebanese takeout! They’re the perfect sized appetizer and they’re fast and easy to make, too - bonus!! The flavours in our kebabs go perfectly with pickled turnip and the whole thing is brought up a notch with a creamy tahini dip. Everyone on our team loves them and yours will too 😉.

Ingredients
- 1 x Box VG Gourmet Mini Kebabs (12 Kebabs)
- 12 x Slider buns
- 2 x Tbsp Tahini Dip (store bought or homemade)
- 12 x Slices of pickled turnip
- 0.5 x Cup spring mix lettuce
Directions
- Cook the mini kebabs according to the instructions on the box.
- Lightly toast the slider buns.
- Spread a ½ tsp of tahini dip on the bottom bun, add your lettuce and then a small bit of tahini dip again to keep the Kebab in place. Add the kebab and pickled turnip.
- Finish assembling with the top bun and voila! Easy peasy.
