Ingredients
- 1 x Package VG Gourmet Taco & Chili Crumble
- 1 x Can Cha’s Organic Young Jackfruit, drained and rinsed
- 1 x 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
- 2 x Cups Water
- 6 x Tortillas (flour or corn)
Directions
- Defrost package of VG Gourmet Taco & Chili Crumble as directed.
- In a skillet over medium high heat add in the jackfruit with the tomato paste and water. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes and then with 2 forks, pull apart the jackfruit cubes into shreds.
- Add the package of VG Gourmet Taco and Chili Crumble and mix well.
- Place a large scoop of the Jackfruit and Taco & Chili Crumble in each of the soft tortillas. Optionally, you can top your tacos with any or all of the following: shredded lettuce, pickled onions, avocados, salsa, lime and chilis!
