Nothing like a classic guacamole!! This is a great side or topping for any of our VG Gourmet Artisan Vegan Burgers, but we recommend trying it out on our Mexican 3 Bean Burgers! For an authentic experience, heat up your VG Gourmet Mexican 3 Bean Burger, place it on a tostada with a big dollop of this guacamole! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 x Small Red Onion, diced very finely
- 2 x Avocados
- 1 x Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 x Jalapeno pepper, diced very finely
- 1 x Tbsp. chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1 x Pinch Salt and Pepper or to taste
Directions
- Remove the flesh form the avocado and with a fork mash it to your desired consistency. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
