- 1 x Package VG Gourmet Greek Gyro Tofu Creations
- 1 x Baked Potato
- 1 x Salad
Directions
- Defrost package of VG Gourmet Tofu Creations as directed
- Pour entire contents of package in a bowl.
- Preheat grill
- Skewer the tofu
- Place skewers on grill for 2 minutes, baste with extra sauce and cook 2 minutes more.
- Serve with Salad and a baked potato! You can even drizzle remaining sauce on your potato and salad!
