Defrost the Tofu according to package directions. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl. Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove all the tofu cubes from the sauce and place them in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes (you can also cook in the oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 425 F for 20 Minutes. All instructions are on the back of the bag). Make sure to keep sauce for later!
To assemble: Place a large scoop of rice in each bowl, top with some tofu cubes, edamame beans, avocado slices and a big scoop of Tout Cru Fermented Carrots. Drizzle the sauce from the bag of tofu over the entire bowl.
Optionally, you can garnish your bowl with any or all of the following: Black sesame seeds, green onions, and nori sheets.
