Ingredients
- 1 x Package VG Gourmet Taco & Chili Crumble
- 2 x Tbsp. Toasted Pine Nuts
- 1 x Avocado, sliced thinly
- 8 x Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
- 2 x Cocktail Tomatoes
- 4 x Soft Corn Tortillas
- 1 x Cup Chimichurri Sauce, optional (Homemade or store bought)
Directions
- Defrost package of VG Gourmet Taco & Chili Crumble as directed and place in a skillet over medium high heat for about 5 minutes to warm through.
- Place a large scoop of the Taco & Chili Crumble in eachof the soft tortillas.
- Top with pine nuts, a few avocado slices, some tomato slices, 2 sprigs of cilantro and a scoop of your chimichurri sauce, if using.
