Cook the brown basmati rice and the beet balls according to the package instructions.
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, season them with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Assemble your Mediterranean bowl with the brown rice, beet balls, seasoned cherry tomato, crumbled feta, and radishes.
Top with roasted pine nuts and fresh basil.
Serve with pesto in a small ramequin in the center of your dish.
