Infused with our own Middle-Eastern spice blend, that we grind in house (including whole cardamom pods)! Our aromatic Mini Kebabs will take you right to the coast of Babylon. Use them to top a salad bowl, in a pita on the go, or over basmati rice for extra flavour and protein (or eat them on their own; we don’t make the rules!).

Cooking instructions
Mini Kebabs are fully cooked; just heat up and enjoy! Cook from frozen (first, remove from plastic wrap).
Stove-top (preferred method): Place kebabs in a skillet over medium-high heat with a tbsp. of oil. Sauté for 6 minutes, occasionally turning to brown on all sides.
Air Fryer: Place frozen kebabs in a preheated air fryer with a spray of oil. Air fry for 6 minutes at 370, shaking and spraying again with oil halfway through cooking.
Conventional or toaster oven: Place frozen kebabs on a parchment-lined baking sheet with a drizzle of oil. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
BBQ: Place frozen kebabs on a well oiled grill on medium-high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
