Defrost first! Hot water: soak pouch in very hot water for 30 minutes; or fridge; place pouch in the fridge for 8-10 hours before using (you can leave the unopened package in the fridge for up to 1 week); or microwave; tear slightly. Make sure the pouch is standing upright, and microwave for 2 minutes.

  • Stove-top (preferred method): In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil, and remove the tofu cubes from the bag (leaving sauce for later use), add cubes to the skillet. Sauté cubes for about 5 minutes until crisp. Toss is your fave veggies to cook ’em, once veggies are almost cooked, toss the entire contents of remaining sauce. Toss well and serve.

  • Air Fryer: Remove tofu cubes from sauce and add to a preheated air fryer with a spray of oil. Air fry for 12 minutes on 380, tossing once halfway and drizzling with the sauce. When done add more sauce and serve.

  • Conventional or toaster oven: Cut your favourite veggies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour all the contents of the thawed pouch and mix together (including sauce). Bake everything in a preheated oven at 425ºF for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.

  • Grill, indoor or Barbecue: Roughly chop your favourite veggies and place them in a large bowl. Pour the entire contents of the defrosted pouch over the vegetables. Toss well and skewer. Place skewers on preheated well oiled grill for 2 minutes per side, using the remaining sauce to baste skewers during cooking. You can also heat the remaining sauce and serve it for dipping.
