Ajoute la bo\u00eete de tomates, du sel et du poivre et laisse cuire pendant environ 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9pare les courgettes. Coupe le haut et le bas de chaque courgette et coupe chaque courgette en deux. Creusez le centre de chaque moiti\u00e9 de courgette \u00e0 l'aide d'une petite cuill\u00e8re (veillez \u00e0 laisser l'ext\u00e9rieur intact). Ajoute 1 kebab au centre de chaque courgette. Ne jette pas les centres des courgettes ! Ajoute-les dans la po\u00eale avec tes oignons et tes tomates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Rince le riz basmati et ajoute-le dans la po\u00eale, puis recouvre-le de curcuma frais r\u00e2p\u00e9 (si tu en utilises). Ajoute de l'eau, suffisamment pour couvrir juste le riz avec un \u00bc de pouce d'eau suppl\u00e9mentaire au-dessus du riz (tu peux mesurer avec ton petit doigt, l'eau doit atteindre la moiti\u00e9 de ta premi\u00e8re articulation) !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place les zucchinis farcies dans le riz, debout. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Fais cuire \u00e0 feu vif jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'eau soit bouillante.
