Pr\u00e9parez, spiralisez et hachez tous vos l\u00e9gumes et garnitures de p\u00e2tes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Placez une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive\/une casserole sur feu moyen et ajoutez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive, puis ajoutez l'ail et l'oignon hach\u00e9 et faites revenir pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les oignons deviennent translucides.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ajoutez les champignons coup\u00e9s en tranches et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari sans gluten et faites cuire le tout pendant encore 5 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps. Une fois les 5 minutes termin\u00e9es, retirez du feu et transf\u00e9rez dans un autre bol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

VG Gourmet Boulettes \u00e0 la betterave: D\u00e9poser les boules de betteraves congel\u00e9es sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier parchemin l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9. Faites-les cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 375OF pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, en les remuant \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Noodles: In the same large non-stick skillet\/saucepan on medium heat (not too hot or the noodles will burn and stick!) add the second 1 tbsp of olive oil and then once heated add the sweet potato noodles, toss to coat. Cover and let cook for 3 minutes, tossing every minute to make sure they are cooking evenly and not sticking. If they are sticking add 1-2 tbsp of water, and turn down heat. After the 3-minute mark, add in the zucchini noodles and toss to mix the two types of noodles. Cover again and cook for an additional 2 minutes. At this point check the noodles, you want them to be ‘al dente’ and not overcooked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Bring it all together: Add the mushroom, onion mix into the skillet with the zoodles. Then add in the creamy coconut sauce (you don’t have to add it all, mix in enough to your personal preference, you can add extra on top once plated). Give it all a good mix, until fully combined.
