Pour faire les chips de poireau : Prenez 1 poireau, coupez-le en deux verticalement et lavez-le bien. Coupez ensuite chaque moiti\u00e9 en longues et fines lamelles verticales. Placez les lamelles de poireau sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et m\u00e9langez-les avec du sel, du poivre et de l'huile. Essayez de les \u00e9taler en une seule couche. Faites cuire au four \u00e0 400 F pendant 30 minutes. Retirez du four et laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
