Ingredients

ASSEMBLY
 VG Gourmet Quinoa & Chickpea Burger
 Burger buns
 Mixed greens
 Sprouts
 1 Radish, thinly sliced
 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
 Creamy Cashew Ranch-Herb Sauce
 Optional: Beet or Regular Sauerkraut
HOME MADE CREAMY RANCH SAUCE
 ½ cup Cashews (pre-soaked 4-5 hours, then rinsed)
 ¾ cup Water
 ¼ cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
 1 tbsp Fresh chives
 1 tsp Fresh dill
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 Garlic clove
 1 tsp Onion, chopped
 ½ tsp Sea salt

Preparation

CASHEW RANCH SAUCE

Place the 1/2 cup of cashews into a bowl of water, let them soak for at least 4-5 hours,
rinse and drain once they have soaked. Place the soaked cashews and all of the other
homemade Creamy Cashew Ranch Herb ingredients into a high speed blender (A mini
one is best, since this makes less than a cup).

Blend until creamy and smooth, place
aside.
