Roll out the puff pastry dough and cut into small rectangles around 2x6 inches in size
Place one mini kebab on the pastry, spread caramelized onion spread on top and roll
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes until golden brown
Serve with hummus!
